Suvizumab (KD-247) is an neutralizing antibody anti- HIV-1 . Suvizumab effectively neutralizes HIV-1 MN , HIV-1 SF2 and HIV-1 89.6 with IC 50 values of 0.1 µg/mL, 1.0 µg/mL and 0.2 µg/mL, respectively. Suvizumab reduces the viral load of HIV . Suvizumab has good tolerance and can be used to prevent HIV infection.
