Product details

U-0126, also known as Bis[amino[(2-aminophenyl)thio]methylene]butanedinitrile, is a potent and selective MEK inhibitor with IC50 values of 72 nM for MEK1 and 58 nM for MEK2. It effectively inhibits AP-1 transcription activity and is known to block the production of inflammatory cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases. U0126 is an autophagy and mitophagy inhibitor.
