A-485 is a p300/CBP histone acetyltransferase (HAT) inhibitor that inhibits p300 and CBP (IC50=9.8/2.6 nM) selectively. A-485 has antitumor effects, including several hematologic malignancies and androgen receptor-positive prostate cancer.
