Pritumumab, a natural human IgG1kappa monoclonal antibody (mAb), was first isolated from the regional draining lymph node of a cervical carcinoma patient. It specifically recognizes cell-surface-expressed vimentin on malignant tumors and has applications in glioblastoma research.
