1. Dinutuximab (Anti-GD2) is a chimeric mouse/human monoclonal antibody that targets ganglioside GD2 and induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity against GD2-expressing tumor cells. It has potential antineoplastic activity. MW: 145.5 KD.
2. Dinutuximab (Unituxin; APN-311) is a chimeric, human-murine, anti-GD2 monoclonal antibody. Dinutuximab potently enlongs event-free survival and overall survival, in high-risk neuroblastoma treatment, in combination with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), aldesleukin (interleukin-2 [IL-2]), and isotretinoin (13-cis-retinoic acid [RA]).
