Description: Interleukin-13 is an immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T-lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulins production.Recombinant human IL-13 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids, two pairs of disulfide bond and having a molecular mass of approximately 12.3kD.
